The Police said they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of 31-year-old David Headly who died when his car collided a bridge rail at about 05:00h Sunday morning.

According to a statement, issued by the Police, Headly was the driver of motor car PRR 2531. He was reportedly proceeding west along the southern carriageway of the Felicity Railway Embankment, East Coast Demerara, at a fast rate when he lost control and collided with a bridge rail on the southern side of the road.


The South Ruimveldt father of one sustained injuries about his body and was removed, from his vehicle, in an unconscious state.
