Ingredients approx 4 med size Bangamary fish 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1 tsp. roasted ground geera ( cumin ) 1 tsp. garam masala 5 cloves garlic 1/2 onion 1 stem scallion 1 tomato 2 leaves broad thyme pepper to taste salt to taste1

1. wash and cut up the fish, season with some salt and black pepper, set aside
2. chop all seasonings
3. pound in a mortar or blend garlic, thyme, pepper
5. make curry paste by adding curry powder, masala and geera with some water
4. heat some oil to fry the fish
5. Coat the fish in flour and fry, set aside.
6. Now for the curry, heat some oil in a pan, add chopped onions and scallions, fry for about a minute
7. add curry paste and fry for approx. 2 more minutes
8. add fried fish and add some hot water
9. cook until juices evaporates to your liking
